1. General Terms
These Terms and Conditions govern the use of Elmerpolitian Entertainment’s services, including but not limited to Editing Services, Collaboration Services, Social Media Management Services, Art/Image Services, Music Creation Services, Counseling & Advice for Success Services, and Productivity Services. By engaging with our services, you agree to these terms in full.
 
2. Service Scope

• Editing Services: Includes proofreading, content editing, and formatting as per the customer’s requirements.

• Collaboration Services: Facilitates teamwork and project management for creative and business endeavors.

• Social Media Management Services: Covers content creation, scheduling, and analytics for social media platforms.

• Art/Image Services: Includes custom artwork, graphic design, and image editing.

• Music Creation Services: Provides original music composition, sound design, and audio editing.

• Counseling & Advice for Success Services: Offers strategic guidance and actionable advice for personal or professional growth.

• Productivity Services: Focuses on tools, strategies, and support to enhance efficiency and workflow.

 
3. Refund and Compensation Policy
3.1 Failure to Complete a Service
If Elmerpolitian Entertainment fails to complete a service as agreed, the following conditions apply:

• The customer is entitled to a full refund.

• Failure to issue the refund will result in the permanent termination of the responsible employee.

 
3.2 Accidental Errors in Service Delivery
If a service is accidentally mishandled or delivered incorrectly, the following conditions apply:

• The error will not be subject to penalties or refunds.

• The customer will receive a free redo of the service to ensure satisfaction.

• If the customer is still unsatisfied with the service, they are not entitled to a full refund as the service has already been completed as requested but entitled to a 15% refund of the entire service.

 
4. Customer Responsibilities

• Customers must provide accurate and complete information to ensure the successful delivery of services.

• Any changes to the service scope must be communicated promptly and may result in additional charges.

 
5. Service Delivery Errors

• Identification of Errors: Customers must report any errors within 7 days of service delivery. Failure to do so may result in forfeiture of any remedies.

• Correction of Errors: Elmerpolitian Entertainment will make reasonable efforts to correct any errors at no additional cost to the customer.

• Limitations on Remedies: If the error cannot be resolved, the customer may be eligible for a partial refund, up to 25% of the service cost, depending on the severity of the error.

• Exclusions: Elmerpolitian Entertainment is not responsible for errors caused by incomplete or inaccurate information provided by the customer.

• Dispute Process: Any disagreements regarding service errors will be handled through the dispute resolution process outlined in Section 8.

 
6. Discounts & Sales Conditions
6.1 Eligibility

• Discounts and sales are available to all customers unless otherwise specified.

• Certain promotions may have eligibility requirements, such as minimum purchase amounts or specific service categories.

 
6.2 Duration

• Discounts and sales are valid only during the promotional period stated in the offer.

• Elmerpolitian Entertainment reserves the right to modify or terminate promotions at any time without prior notice.

 
6.3 Restrictions

• Discounts cannot be combined with other offers, promotions, or discounts unless explicitly stated.

• Discounts are not applicable to past purchases or services already in progress.

 
6.4 Refunds on Discounted Services

• Refunds for services purchased during a discount or sale will be calculated based on the discounted price, not the original price.

• If a service is redone or partially refunded, the discount applied to the original purchase will still apply.

 
6.5 Misuse of Promotions

• Any misuse of discounts or promotional offers, including fraudulent activity, will result in the cancellation of the discount and may lead to service termination.

 
6.6 Communication

• All terms and conditions related to specific discounts or sales will be communicated clearly in the promotional material. Customers are responsible for reviewing these terms before making a purchase.

 
7. Termination of Service

• Elmerpolitian Entertainment reserves the right to terminate any service agreement if the customer violates these terms or engages in fraudulent or abusive behavior.

 
8. Dispute Resolution

• Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved through arbitration in accordance with applicable laws.
